Formula E, the new elite racing series for electric single-seaters, has got the FIA’s backing, confirmed the major cities that will host the races, and now we've finally seen the crucial racecar. This is the Spark-Renault SRT_01E, a joint project developed between Renaultsport and Spark Racing Technology (SRT) which has just been unveiled at the 2013 Frankfurt motor show. The Qoros 3 – formerly the Qoros GQ3 – has been revealed at the 2013 Geneva Motor Show alongside concept Cross Hybrid and Estates from Qoros. Not because GQ Magazine objected, but because Audi did. It seems the man at the four rings took umbrage at a Qoros model name with ‘Q3′ in it, so it’s now the Qoros 3 or, specifically, the Qoros 3 Sedan.
JAPANESE car maker Lexus has released a new version of its RX premium SUV. The firm claims that its RX 450h Advance model is even more generously equipped than before, with the added luxury of a Mark Levinson premium 7.1 surround sound system as standard. Despite the inclusion of the Lexus-bespoke audio package (that has a £1,000 list price) and a set of new-design 19-inch alloy, wheels, the price tag for the new Advance variant is unchanged, matching its predecessor at £48,495.
